Retrovene Decor aims to offer services and products which will benefit all our customers. We hope that our clients will be happy with every purchase made. In certain circumstances, clients may want to return some products. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.
Retrovene Décor will offer a full refund on returned products, however, products need to be returned within 7 days after delivery and the client will bare the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Gauteng.
For items which do not have a quality issue, please ensure the returned products are unused and in the original packing. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address. The Retrovene Decor team will not be able to process any returned items without a product return form.
Terms and Conditions
Retrovene Decor products are made with greatest craftsmanship & dedication. All products come with a 12month of warranty from the date of delivery based on reasonable use. In the event that a defect is found, Retrovene Decor will either replace or repair the product.

In the event of a guarantee claim, please email images of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member from the sales team will respond within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
Retrovene Décor currently delivers free of charge nationwide and is always in constant communication with clients awaiting delivery of products. Once an order has been placed, Retrovene Decor will send the client an Order Confirmation Email. Once the products have been dispatched for delivery, Retrovene Décor will send the client a Dispatch Confirmation Email which includes the tracking number.
